- Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Reiki session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be on our waiting list.
- How to Cancel/Reschedule: Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through the confirmation email you received after booking or by contacting us directly via email or phone.
2. Late Cancellations
- Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: While we do not charge fees for cancellations, we kindly ask for consideration in giving us at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to someone else in need of healing.
3. No-Shows
- Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without providing any notice, it impacts both the practitioner’s time and other clients. We encourage you to contact us if you are unable to attend to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
4. Emergency Cancellations
- Unexpected Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your prompt communication in these cases.
5. Rebooking After a Cancellation
- Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are welcome to rebook another session at your convenience. We encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.
